Sturmgeschütz III Ausf. B (Sd.Kfz.142) build – Part 5:Weathering (wash)

  • The entire vehicle was washed with a dilute mixture of AMMO Oilbrusher “Dark Blue” and “Starship Filth” (about 1:1 ratio) plus some Oilbrusher “Black” in enamel thinner – the excess being cleaned up with a dry brush or cotton bud.
  • The flag was lightly treated with AMMO Oilbrusher “Starship Filth” to give it a slightly dirty look.
  • AMMO Oilbrusher “Starship Filth” (A.MIG-3513) was worked into various recesses and weld seams, the excess being cleaned away.
