


In most respects this is a standard Dragon model of a T-34, which I think is a decent model of the vehicle. The extra, of course, are the armour pieces. I soldered the support frames to the mesh pieces. These were then painted separately before attaching to the model. They fell off regularly in the course of the build as the attachment points were not strong, especially on the turret sides. At least one of them on the turret is not especially straight but I figured that this was a Soviet field conversion and would not be perfectly aligned!
