- Various metal parts and the tools were brushed with AK Interactive “Dark Steel” (AK086) pigment.
- The end of the exhaust and surrounding area were brushed with Tamiya “Soot” weathering powder.
- Water and oil stains in various placers were simulated with AK Interactive “Engine Oil” (AK084), AMMO “Fuel Stains” (A.MIG-1409) and AK Interactive “Wet Effects Fluid” (AK079), all diluted with white spirit.
