KV-1 (Model 1939) build – Part 8:Weathering (streaks)

  • Streaks of AK Interactive “Dark Streaking Grime” (AK024) were applied to the vertical and sloping sides of the hull and turret, followed later by blending with white spirit.
  • Streaks of AK Interactive “Rust Streaks” (AK013) were applied to the vertical and sloping sides of the hull and turret, followed later by blending with white spirit.
  • Dots of  Mig Productions 502 Abteilung “Light Rust Brown” ABT060, “German Ochre” ABT092 and “Light Mud” ABT125 were successively placed on select places on the vertical and sloping sides of the hull and turret, followed later by blending with white spirit.
