Char 2C build – Part 13:Weathering (tracks)

  • The tracks were washed with AK Interactive “OIF and OEF wash” (AK121), which was left to dry
  • The “medium” pigment mix which I had used on parts of the hull was loaded onto the tracks, any excess removed and then sealed with application of Tamiya X20-A thinner.
  • Using a cotton wool bud, the contact points of the tracks were treated with AK Interactive “Dark Steel” pigment (AK086).
