M3 Grant build – Part 6:Weathering (filter)

  • Application of AK Interactive “Afrika Korps Filter” (AK065) to selective parts of the vehicle, notably some hatches and panels [1]. I’ve not really used filters before now and, at least in my hands, the result can best be described as subtle. But I would sooner that – just a slight change in tone for a single colour paint scheme – than anything too stark or unnatural looking.
