This kit is quite old it seems and it shows – basic instructions, lots of flash. Still, I think it builds up into a decent enough looking model, although it would not be considered the most accurate Jeep I am sure.

There was meant to be a side bracket for another Vickers K gun on the driver side… but it fouled the driver gun shield and mirror once the gun was installed. It looked terrible and looking at pictures of the real vehicle – and more accurate models – it was apparent that the bracket should be fixed on the front left fender. So I removed it – this will have to be a slightly nonstandard vehicle, to the extent that any of these could be considered standard. I gave the crew a Bren gun stowed in the back as compensation!
