Streaks of AK Interactive “Dark Streaking Grime” (AK024) were applied to the vertical and sloping sides of the hull and turret, followed later by blending with white spirit.
The same method was repeated with AK Interactive “Rust Streaks” (AK013).
Dots of Mig Productions 502 Abteilung “Light Mud” ABT125 and Winsor and Newton “Raw Umber” were successively placed on select places on the vertical and sloping sides of the hull and turret, followed later by blending with a slightly damp brush This added slightly to the effect of streaking and also started the layers of dirt, especially on the fenders.
