KV-1 (Model 1939) build – Part 6:Weathering (oil fading)

Initial paint discolouration, streaking and fading was tried using dots of various oil paints (Mig Productions 502 Abteilung “Olive Green”  ABT050, “Snow White” ABT001, “Luftwaffe Yellow” ABT010, “German Ochre” ABT092 and “Buff” ABT035) followed by working in with a flat brush dampened with white spirit (vertical pull strokes for the sloping surfaces).
