This Halcyon vinyl model necessitated my first use of acrylic paints. Their lack of odour and quick drying time persuaded me to stick with them ever since. Hmm – the embedded dust on this model, made horrifyingly clear in these photos, could almost be an authentic “weathering” – this creature had been supposed to be dead for a very long time!
